-Appeals processing projects: New software customized and configured for appeals process with image scanning, storage, workflow routing for approvals, with the data sent to the CMS mainframe for reply letter processing
-Paper claims processing projects: New imaging hardware and OCR processing software for medical provider’s paper claims for CMS mainframe check printing. This project included fresh java software created with Agile to provide iterative feedback from the client during development.

Facilitated requirements gathering sessions (JAD sessions), project status meetings, and daily SCRUM stand-up, Review, and Retrospective meetings
