Write assorted proposals and bid for Federal grants and contracts including the proposal to become a National OSHA Training Institute with the United States Department of Labor
Solicit and promote essential partnerships with other educational institutes

Develop all publications for this new program including policy and procedure manuals, best practices, marketing plan, budget, curriculum and employee standards
Perform SWOT analysis on a continuing basis to unsure the program goals and marketing plan were in line
Schedule instructors and up to four classes at the same time and ensure the management of those course
Serve as an essential influencer in the purchase and design of a new online registration system to manage course enrollment
