Led implementation of JDA TM and FOM to effectively enable Inbound freight management within Caterpillar across 45 facilities from over 2K suppliers. The program generated over $10.5M annual freight savings and improved load planning efficiency. The program was expanded to other regions based on this successful implementation.

Delivered successfully global transportation modeling projects with JDA TMod, to support implementation, freight forecasting, and drive continuous improvements within the Caterpillar transportation network.

Led implementation of FourKites live intransit visibility solution in conjunction with JDA TM to provide live predictive ETA for all North America truckloads.

Led a Strategic Supply Chain Planning project for a leading US medical supplies distribution company to streamline the distribution operations.
