Contractor for Holland LP design manufacturing equipment for rail plant.

Support Lean Production Group by providing sound designs that meet the customers’ requirements and specifications in a timely manner.

Design products using CAD and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.

Programmed Raspberry Pi 3 to sense proximity motion for a project referred to as “Industry 4.0” using Python. This project once finalized, would be useful for future industrial usage for developing a streamline process for workers to correctly identify and utilize the correct tools for a specific process.

Used CODESYS to develop multiple PLC simulations for the purpose of educating fellow/ future peers in the operation of logic functions such as ladder and function-block.

Gained experience in the manipulation of the SCARA Robot. Successfully established communication between the SCARA Robot and the computer.

Technical:

Highly proficient with Autodesk software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
