Worked in centralized operator control center of the blast furnace.

Monitored the inputs to the furnace, like coke, ore, and limestone and checked the production. Stored and verified the current data values with previous data from the Archive Station.

Assisted in maintaining the output of the furnace constant for all batches of inputs.

Learned how the coal is converted into coke, which is used as a fuel in Blast furnace during the iron making process .

Studied the methods in which coke-over-gas produced from the carbonization of the coal is further used in the plant.

Learned about the efficient ways to produce the coke from baking coal at a high temperature in series of ovens called as coke batteries. Studied about the ways to reduce emissions from the coke oven.

Worked on how the PLC microprocessors are used in the automation of the machines that cut the iron rods in rolling mills. Learned basics of RSlogix 500 and about the I/O modules connection between drives and PLC.

Ensured that the PLCs, motors and all machines are working properly and ensure that the production doesn’t stop even in the case of failure of a single PLC.

Designing of Robot Arm

Hardware assembly of articulated robot arm and Arduino microcontroller.

Interfaced robot arm with Arduino Uno R3 and programming the Arduino.

Controlled the robot arm using IMU sensors and potentiometers to analyze its degree of freedom. Calculated the rotation angles using MotionCalc. Diagnostic Systems Using Fuzzy Control Systems

Analyzed fuzzy control system usages for accurate measurements of the elements and ways to incorporate it with medical field.

Evaluated cancer stages in a person using fuzzy controls.

Modeled a cancer detecting system by using fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm. Designing Raspberry pi 3 for surveillance

Designed a Raspberry Pi processor to work with an external camera.

Coded the processor such that it can accept and run the camera and save the photos and videos in a data file by using Python language. Solar and Smart Energy

Fabricated a mobile charger that uses solar energy.
