Software Engineer in KPIT Technologies limited

• Developed MATLAB models from the requirements for powertrain related functionalities and tested them at unit level. Followed by MIL validation to confirm the fulfilment of requirements by client. We linked these requirements in IBM DOORS to model for traceability. We used IBM Rhapsody as an interface for signals in which all signals were defined.

• Using dSpace tool in HIL testing we created the test scenarios for hardware requirements and analyzed the hardware response to given inputs. Further rectified the hardware errors.

• I have worked on CANoe tool for development, analysis, simulation, testing, diagnostics and start-up of ECU networks with DAF Truck client. I have worked with Vehicle Network tools like CANalyzer and CAPL scripts to analyze vehicle CAN data.

Technical Projects:

• Introduction to digital signal processing (Oct- 2019): Project on Digital image segmentation using clustering, color quantization using K-means clustering, Real time edge detection using Canny Edge Detector method, Histogram Equalization, Digital Image segmentation using color spaces, implementation of K means clustering algorithm using python, real time color detection using cv in python.

• Wearable and implantable sensors (Nov-2019): Developed an android application using Android Studio.

• Principles of digital communication (Dec-2019): Digital receiver design using MATLAB and Simulink.

• Communication electronics: Working on smart antenna design using MATLAB and Simulink.

• MIMO: Implementation of MIMO-OFDM system for WiMAX. Undergrad Project:

• Prototype of Wireless charging of an electric car (Major Project): In this project we designed coils for implementing resonant inductive coupling to charge the car and we also monitored the system performance using microcontroller.

• Prototype for controlling the intensity of light in the room (April-2015): In this project we controlled the intensity of LED lights inside the room using microcontroller and we adjusted the intensity of LED lights based on the requirement of light in the room.

Technical skills:

Programming skills: Proficient in C and C++, Python, HTML. Computer Based Tools: Experienced in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, GNU Radio, Multisim, Xilinx, IBM Rhapsody, IBM-DNG, Android Studio, Wireshark, CANoe tool, CANalyzer and CAPL Scripting, Adobe Photoshop
