Jointly, with Senior Management Team, coordinated program implementation including effective provision of administrative and logistics support to Local government at district level, health facilities, community based and other field activities.

Worked with the Project technical teams, and the Finance/Administration team, to plan for and implement detailed and efficient operational support to project supported districts, health sub districts and health facilities. This included but not limited to: human resource support functions, logistics support for on-site and off-site project supported activities (e.g. outreach camps, laboratory sample transportation hub network activities), and performance management of operational grants to each hospital.

(b) Provided oversight and coordination of implementation of project supported renovation works and equipment purchasing and installation.

(c) Managed and supervised project procurement, administration support and operational logistics functions.

Worked closely with the Chief of Party (CoP) to ensure that all supplies required for project implementation are procured on time to avoid stock outs in line with USAID and Internal Plan International rules & regulations.

Ultimately responsible for managing all procurement and tender processes (IFBs, RFPs and RFQs) as per HI internal policies and donor guidelines.

Arranged logistics management system for ZOA program in Sudan. Arranged recruitment of all local staff, management of logistics & transport, supply chain, IT management system. Conducted assessment-oriented field trips in order to develop organization administrative, logistics system for the operation in 6 field offices in South Sudan and North Sudan. Setup logistics system contract agreement with shipping agencies and set up procurement system and the guidelines for the store, transport, procurement and security management. Timely delivery of all equipments and materials to the sites for ZOA program. Arranged ZOA assets list including inventory list and setting up the reporting system. Arranged international procurement open bidding system for all equipment among others, clearance of equipment and materials. Arranged delivery of all project equipments and consumable to their destinations by air and road. Trained local counter parts for sub offices for the ZOA sites to handle store materials.
