•Supervise the crew, schedule, coordinate, plan and budget for the construction project.

•Coordinate the work of various trades and to oversee all labour performed on site.

•During this project My team assembled an 18” and a 20” discharge dredge, And a Barge that weighed 1.8 million pounds and was able to complete this project ahead of schedule .
