4. Academic Responsibilities
1.For the past three years, I had been serving as the leader of Admission Team for first year BE/B.Tech. Students and lateral entry students. Every year, I visited 80 to 90 schools (situated in the central districts of Tamil Nadu) and 20 polytechnics to meet plus two students and group-I & II teachers in order to improve the admissions of college.
2.Member, Mock Inspection Committee Team for NBA & NAAC Accreditation Process at VCE.
3. AICTE Reports preparation and Affiliation inspection co-ordination.
4.Report preparation for ISO 9001/2000 (E) certification at institution level
5.Conducted training programmes in the areas of quality control, strategic management and
striving for academic excellence in various departments.
6.Annual report preparation & coordination for various institutional functions like Graduation day, Annual day, national and international level technical conferences and student symposia etc.
7.I motivate and inspire all my students and staff so as to improve their academic performances and soft skills for better career opportunities and higher studies.
