Responsibilities Included:
•Review and approval of Method statements, quality control procedures, ITPs and check sheets.
•Review and comment on proposed Material submittals, Shop drawings, method statements Submitted by the Contractor & ensure its compliance with project contract documents.
•Ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and latest version of applicable documents is available at point of use.
•Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements and good construction practice.
•Ensure all material used comply with approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
•Ensure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR) reviewed by Construction Manager.
•Closing the documents (Inspection test and/or request) on daily basis.
