Duties And Responsibilities:

a.Over all in charge of heating ventilation, and air conditioning system/equipment and to its hospital.

b.Performing an routine preventive maintenance all heating, ventilation refrigeration and air condition systems/equipment. As a refrigeration and Air conditioning mechanic and maintenance of all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and plants.

c.I am always maintaining the proper working condition and of the cooling and freezing equipment by checking, repairing troubleshooting and monitoring the oil and Freon level. The alignment of motor and the compressor noise and vibration the suction, discharge and oil pressure and temperature (working pressure), superheat, oil or Freon leaking, evaporator and condenser pressure and temperature system capacity. Compressor motor current bearing and winding temperature and all controllers, sensors are properly working also by servicing refrigeration plants in 6,000 to 7,000 running hours doing preventive maintenance and by doing the following procedures.

d.Pumping down the unit/ system by transferring the refrigerant to the recovery unit tank through the recovery machine.

e.Changing the oil and D core filters in the system and oil in electric motor bearings

f.Changing the oil and dryer filters

g.Pressurized the system for leak testing

h.Vacuuming the system to remove any moisture in the system

i.Charge the refrigerant in the system and check the operation and para meters.

j.All water chillers centrifugal compressors (Refrigeration Plant) for HVAC system central air conditioning and each has the cooling capacity of 5,200 KW (1480 Ton of refrigeration) in each unit and using 134A indirect cooling system for chiller system.

k.Doing the preventive maintenance in all reheating and pre heating pumps by checking repairing trouble shooting, changing defective parts and monitoring the noise of bearings (SPM test), vibration, suction and discharge pressure and every 200 hours lubricants the pump/motors and bearing, monitoring the temperature of the reheating and preheating.

l.Maintaining the proper working condition of all fans (supply and exhaust ) and fans for smoke extractors and fire dampers by lubricants the dampers and fans SPM test for any abnormal noise and vibration and testing by closing and operating of all dampers.

m.Preventive maintenance all air handling units (AHU) central air conditioning for all public areas, rooms, and other technical spaces by doing the necessary procedures, diagnose, trouble shoot, repair cleaning or replacing defective parts to maintain the proper working condition of all the unit.
