Mechanical Engineer with substantial experience in the design, supervision, testing and commissioning of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety) systems for a wide range of building projects. Duties encompass the preparation of construction documents

(drawings, specifications and bills of quantities), technical evaluation of bids and issuing recommendation reports, review and approval of all project submittals, preparation of shop drawings and full construction details, and ensuring compliance of all site installations with the approved specifications, contract requirements and quality plans. Special expertise in value engineering studies, thermal environmental engineering, air filtration systems and dust control, and refrigeration systems. Working as part of the project management team, reporting to the project manager, responsible for all aspects of the project related to mechanical services. The role includes the management of the mechanical team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the project.

Support & Do the following Mechanical Tasks and Services: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Plumbing Systems Design. Mechanical Utilities & Networks Infrastructure. Fire Protection Systems Design. Building Management System (BMS) Consulting. Design and Shop Drawings Review. Mechanical Materials Review. Prepare Projects Documents: Specifications, Minimum Technical Requirements, Cost Estimate, BOQ, Reports and Letters, Presentations, Technical Evaluation of Bids and Issuing Recommended Reports, Review and Approval of all Mechanical Project Submittals. Special Expertise in Value Engineering Studies, Thermal Environmental Engineering, Air Filtration Systems and Dust Control and Refrigeration Systems. Provides Technical Advice to Mechanical Team, Supervisors, Inspectors, and Contracting Service Providers, Regarding Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems. of new praying areas, addition of a second floor on top of King Fahd's existing extension (Second Saudi Extension) with a total area of 211,000, m 2

Works also include a Central Utility Complex (CUC) with all required electromechanical installations; infrastructure utility networks; solid waste management system; toilet and ablution facilities; parking areas and access roads; security, low-current and telecommunication systems; and extensive landscaping.

Inspection of I.R of the mechanical works which implemented at site as per approved drawings.

Coordination with other departments such as electrical & civil.

Receiving, and in-depth studying of all incoming orders

The execution of the orders is continuously overseen until the desired results are achieved.
