The major tasks:

Replaced the flare seal drum (75 ton), the damage pipe of the flue gas line of RFCC (10 ton) with refractory and the damage heater tubes of NHDS (75 pipes).

The main activities to achieve this project

Prepare & Issue planning package as per contractual terms & conditions and receiving approval from the Client within the stipulated period of the contract.

Ensure that schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable.

Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.

Ensure that required resources and skill sets are available to meet the schedule and resources are leveled and activities are rescheduled if the required skill set is not available.

Ensure that schedule is updated and maintained valid throughout the duration of the project and that project manager is aware of forward load and manpower availability.

SENIOR ENGINEER, Qatar Gas, Qatar, (Jun 2013 to Jul 2014)

The major tasks:

JBOG, it's around 1.0 billion USD project to build Jetty Boil-off Gas Recovery in Qatar Gas. The JBOG facility is designed to recover 100 million standard cubic feet per day (Mmscfd) of natural gas.

The main activities to achieve this project

Developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal/project requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.

Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Identify Project deliverables, required tasks & Project Milestones.

Develop Project resource planning, resource allocations and Sequencing.

Identify Critical planning inputs on Engineering and Procurement during design & tender/award stages.

Co ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client on the work schedules, progress measurements and reporting systems.

Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports.

Carry out assessments of Extensions of Time and the associated cost impacts and schedule impact against baseline.

Identify a mitigation method, strategic measures to maximize benefits & mitigate delays upon submission.

-Managing the YLNG project phases, ensure the deliverables, procedures and documents are stored in to CMS (PRODOM) and participate in FAT, SAT of equipment’s and spare parts of the LNG $4.5 billion project.

-Install cyclone at the inlet reception facilities to captured the black powder coming with the feed gas from upstream through the main pipeline.

-Several times fixed the sabotage of the main pipeline (320 Km with size of 38”), and other projects.

The main activities to achieve this project

Initiate, prepare & develop project plans & schedules according to standards, contract specifications and accepted Project Management practices.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers, Job Estimators, Engineers of various disciplines etc. to acquire proper data and specifications for the schedule.

Analyze drawings, specifications & method statements of works for the preparation of activity networks / scheduling / resources planning and allocation.

Develop major milestone activities & establish a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure, which includes all the scopes of work.

Establish the Schedule based on key dates, mile stone dates, scope of works, resource loading etc., as specified in the contract.

Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment’s) and Budgeted Cost for each activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. And identify Long Lead items required in the Project.

Generate detailed work plan, critical activities/path, planned/progress S-Curves, Budget Histogram/planned distribution tables, Resource Histogram/planned distribution tables etc.

Coordinate schedule from multiple sub-contractors / vendors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.

Develop databases for Engineering deliverables, Procurement deliverables and Construction activities for monitoring/analyzing/tracking progresses.

Review, analyze & refine sequence and logic of tasks/activities and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention.

Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.

During Project Proposal, invite contractors for various discipline, conduct job explanation meeting and to collect BID for all packages.

Conduct Technical and commercial clarification meeting; negotiate the quotation to finalize the BID during proposal stage.

The major tasks:

QAPCO, Revamp and expansions of the polyethylene facility including the expansion of the ethylene plant (EP2), boosting its annual ethylene production capacity from 525,000 to 720,000 metric tons. It’s around USD45 million.

The main activities to achieve this project

Assist the Project Lead in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness.

Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer's requirements and work closely with the Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments.

Manage sub-contractors and vendors on cost, quality and schedule issues.
