Review & checked all subcontractor documents for their pre- qualification, material sample submittal against project specification prior for the consultant approval.

Develop and perform internal audit for all subcontractors / supplier in compliance of company quality manual procedure system.

Supervise all construction output quality inspections before final delivery to the client and explore all clients complaints related to the quality control and discuss recommended solutions concerning civil / finishing / MEP works.
