Being residential youth care provider, my responsibility is to provide safe and secure environment to the youth under 18 years having FASD, ADHD, or autism, mental illness, dealing with children having traumatic family background, etcetera . I am a dedicated and motivated learner with excellent critical thinking skills. I keep the capabilities of working multi-tasks at a time with great responsibility. I have ability to work independent as well as in a team and having effective communication skills with different people from different cultural background. I really want to put my skills into work. I am organized and efficient learner. I am very hardworking and knowledgeable and can provide safe competent care to my clients
