Project Description:

STARS is a global Client Service tool with a single window to clients in over 92 countries. It acts as an end-to-end business process request tool providing case tracking, workflow auto-routing and transaction processing for various currencies. One of the functionalities available in the system is the ability to load cases in bulk through an excel spreadsheet.

The current bulk upload process is very unique to the Euro Line of business, as such, existing users for other processes are unable to utilize this in order to bulk upload client investigation queries. Also, today, there is no ability to convert multiple queries received from clients into service cases without having to manually upload each case. This is especially required during instances of system outages involving multiple transactions where cases need to be loaded for every transaction that is impacted.

The project aims to expand the existing bulk case functionality to be utilized across Service.

This project will Design a solution for (business process management, as known as BPM) implementation which will enable MBAFC to support the growing financial service demand for both financing and leasing.

Automate effective process will not only to speed up the service delivery but also to be widely accepted and trained by end-users. With specific suitable function design in the system, make sure the processes and data are consolidated, automated and well monitored for management transparency, KPI’s and reposting purposes in customer service and collection process area.

Processes have been evaluated and optimized during BPM consulting phase. The purpose of this specification is to select a world class business process management tool to implement business processes for customer service and collection.

This is a two phased project where we built workflow applications for the collection section in phase 1 and for the Customer Services in phase 2.

Phase 1 was about designing a BPM system to replace their existing collection management system for the client in Greater China. This is the financial wing of a renowned Auto manufacturer headquartered in Germany.

Phase 2 provided a complete work management application for the Customer services section. This included all the features stating from making/receiving calls up until the service cases were wrapped up. This was followed by reports to monitor their business in various ways.

The aim of the project is to develop a customer service application that will enable the client to service the customer. The application includes all the service processes for both inbound team, outbound team, and audit team.

The business rules delegated to end user for configuration, and the master data along with the maintenance screens and included as well. For managers, the operating reports are also part of the application
