Developed a comprehensive and valuable intellectual property portfolio. Created manuals and written copy describing each product in the QuakeStopper line. Created all presentations and documentation used in fundraising. Prepared and submitted marketing and P.R. copy to various media outlets. QuakeStopper® Inc. Selected as OC's Best Tech Startup Finalist in 2019 Timmy Awards (Top 10 of all Startups in OC).

FOUNDER CEO, FINDTECH IP

Designed a game-changing patent search tool that leveraged state-of-the-art AI search engines resulting in a patent search tool which costs less to run, identifies superior references and completes in half the time as compared to a human searcher alone. Created all product documentation and copywriting. Started pilot program and generated customer base and partnerships by communicating clearly with prospects in written and oral form. Exited by acquisition.

Performed invention analyses, freedom to operate searches, patentability searches and patent invalidation studies for high stakes litigation customers in Top 100 IP law firms and Top 50 Global technology firms. Developed deep technical mastery in the following areas of technology: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Software. Provided written opinion to the USPTO regarding international patent applications published by the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Examined all aspects of patent prosecution from first action to appeal. Wrote outgoing Office Actions and official correspondences from the USPTO to communicate Actions to Patent Attorneys. Clearly communicated differences between instant inventions and uncovered prior art Patent Attorneys. Used negotiaton skills to find common ground with Prosecuting Attorneys in order to come to agreement on Allowable patent claims.
