Carried out PPT and inspection duties for Corus Tubes on the Laggan Toremore development at Bredero Shaw Ltd Leith overseeing load in of pipe, application of internal flowcoat, 3 layer polypropylene, anode installation and concrete weight coating and of 292 km of 18” and 238 km of 30” pipe. Witnessing mechanical testing and subsequent reporting of results gathered during this process. Reviewing all documentation, certifications, calibration records and reports during production in accordance with ITP and supplementary specifications and associated testing, overseeing loadout of coated pipe onto vessel.

Carried out inspection duties for Technip on BHP Angostura development at Bredero Shaw Ltd Leith and Ellon loading in/ out and application of all coating to 12” 3 layer polypropylene including bends and all aspects of laboratory testing for the complete project.
