Radiology Manager: Led team of 100+ clerical support staff across two campus’ providing exemplary patient care while supporting organizational mission and goals. Coordinated hiring, staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as ACR accreditation. Provided leadership to multiple imaging modalities including Radiography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography.

Spearheaded all daily operations of the CT department at both locations including hiring, training of clinical staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, and equipment evaluations and recommendations. Collaborated in protocol development, maintained ACR accreditation, and complied with all state and federal regulations.

Conducted routine quality control/quality assurance procedures on imaging equipment and troubleshoot problems according to accreditation standards.

Supervisor CAT Scan Department: Managed and grew CAT scan services with complete oversight of services. Performed CT exams, oversaw scheduling, managed inventory, and interfaced with outside vendors.
