scope of work documents, create schedule, budget and safety documents and procedures for each job, Customer

service, Contracts, Overall Job management, Manage Superintendents, quality control, apply for permits,

government correspondence regarding permit and inspections, Realtor relations. Manage budget and schedule with

daily/weekly review, subcontractor hiring and management, vendor purchases and relationship management,

customer relations, billing and budget oversight. Produce and Review all AIA documents and subcontractor pay

vouchers.

Constructed a new subdivision from an existing trailer park. Removed all existing homes and

main, new sewer main, new fiber-optic wiring, new underground gas piping, new fire hydrant and related

piping and new asphalt streets,concrete curb and gutter. Built 13 residential building lots and one park in

t he center of the subdivision. This subdivision is within a quarter mile of downtown Prescott.
