Monitoring all types of tickets (creation, add site, Modification, Non-po) of vendor master data base.

Working on SQL to identify the open PO’s in vendor level and identify the reason for not reflecting in ERP.

Monitoring the productivity tracker on an hourly basis to check the status of the assigned tickets.

Maintaining the relationship with the suppliers and buyers to assure purchase orders are in an efficient and timely basis.

Requesting to supplier or LOB for obtaining appropriate document (W-9 form, W-8 form, Declaration of Foreign Service Source.

Setting up a new supplier in Oracle database (Suppliers Globally).

Setting up the banking details globally validating the IBAN, SWIFT, ABA through SwiftRef and closely working with Apex team for ensuring timely payments.

Working on pending with issues, Saved Workflows.

Performing Audit for the tickets processed by the Team members to increase the quality.

Working on Help Here Tickets (HHT), clarifying the processor doubts and interacting with clients/Requesters via email/chat for the updates & clarifications.

Taking the DUMP, Work allocation & maintaining the productivity tracker.

Floor support & Shift Spoc – will handle 7-8 processors during leads/SME absence. Ensuring teams TAT & SLA are met.

Preparing Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports on priority.
