Plan shipments by arranging routes and schedules with carrier.

Act as main point of customer contact.

Preparation of quotations for shipments.

Facilitating customs procedures by filing export declaration and import customs clearance.

Providing Shipping instructions to carriers and arranging Bill of Lading as per normal and LC terms.

Coordinating with carrier for solving customer queries.

Arranging cargo Insurance.

Arranging supporting Documents like Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) certificate, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificate as required by shipper.

Arranging Transportation of Container for timely stuffing of shipments.

Organize shipments with branch offices, service providers and customers.

Maintain reports of shipments and reporting to the top management.
