•Design & Developing of tipper bodies, silo & cp-18 in concrete mixing product, backloader parts drafting .

•Preparing offer drawing as per customer requirement with commercial standards.

•External customer follow-up for additional requirements & product approval.

•Payload & stability calculation.

•creating the complete 3D modelling,Dimensional production drawings with welding &tolerance.

•Creating the Bill of Material for new project.

•Ensure doucmentation of all drawings,revision and finalized versions.

•Selection of Hydraulic systemin tippers.

•Select the suitable tipping system (Tipping cylinders, Oil tanks,Hoses).

•Provide the suitable mounting arrangements for Hydraulic cylinder & oil tank fitment

•Derive the suitable hoses & hose end fitting as per standards.

•Ensure the hydraulic system mounting in truck (Hydraulic cylinder & oil tank arrangement with hoses) .

KEY PROJECT UNDEERTAKEN

PROJECT NAME :Designing&Developing tipper bodies with hydraulic system.

•Provide different types of tipper models like Box type,Rock bodies for Heavy load applications

ACHIEVEMENTS

•Successfully developed the new version of 24 Cu tipper body to the customer requirement.

•Instead of mechanical back doors, implemented automatic back doors with single & double hinge mechanism for Heavy load tippers.
