Job Summary:

Familiarity about several kind of Perilous involved in work area and essential safety measure to be done for the safe work.

Review Project Specifications and drawings to understand their scope and prepare to carry out Instrument installation, testing as per standard.

Experienced in the Preparation of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Commissioning and Start-up Procedures.

Review all the detailed engineering documents and P&I Drawings.

Review vendor documents, data sheet, Logic diagram and calculations.

Supported the Construction team by Initiating FMR (Field Material Request), FI (Field instruction) and STQ.

Involved in attending meeting with clients and with sub-contractor

Monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly Progress Report.

Ensure that Contractor and Sub contractor working in order to achieve the Project target, with in the budget and schedule.

Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required

Make sure that "Work Permits" are obtained before start any work when required.

Check that Subcontractor is working on the base of last edition of all drawings and other technical documents.

Check by the "Manpower presence report" the quantity of Subcontractor's manpower present in site.

Check the execution of the works, which must be in accordance with technical documentation, work progress, applicable codes and rules, authorizing consequently the activity of accounting for the installed quantities.

Co-ordination of finalizing Cable entries, cable routes, cable diversions etc.

Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Instrument Control & Power Cable laying and termination works.

Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing work.

Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.

Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.

Overall coordination with Mechanical works, HVAC works, Fire alarm & Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.

Cable termination and Loop checking.

Make sure Subcontractors observe safety procedures and job site activity regulations and oblige them to eliminate any dangerous situation.

Record any modification after approval and in cooperation with Construction Manager informs the Subcontract Administrator if involving contractual changing.

Prepare and fill the Request of Work Execution (R.W.E.) form for any extra work out of contract or for modification, for further approval by other functions, before the execution of the work itself, as per procedure.

Prepare, issue to Subcontractor, and file Construction and Final Punch Lists, and follow up the completion of relevant outstanding works.
