We are pleased that you will be using our electronic timesheet submittal process, also known as “PeopleNet.” You will be allowed to report your hours electronically. Your time may be entered daily or at the end of your work week. You may access PeopleNet the first day of your assignment.
To register and begin entering your time, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.mypeoplenet.com/logon
2. Once on the PeopleNet site, you will select “Create an account”
3. You will register with your first and last name and the last four digits of your social security number. Your email address is your User ID.
PeopleNet will send you e-mail reminders each Thursday at 5pm or Saturday at 12pm CST if you have not entered any time for the week. Please allow e-mails from email@example.com. If you do not receive a reminder, please check your Spam filter.
To ensure that you are paid on time, please enter all your time by Saturday at midnight, CST.
Emails will be the primary means of communication for distribution of any training materials and system updates. Emails will also be the method of communication for password resets if necessary. If you do not currently have an email address, you may get one for free at Hotmail, Google or AOL.
