The works carried out were: inspection of aircraft, fuselage, components, malfunction correction, flight controls, landing gear, oxygen system, removal-reinstallation of engine, operational check-outs of all the above, flight line operational check-outs & test of aircraft engine, cabin pressurization, trouble-shooting & correction of any discrepancy, audit and accomplish safety and housekeeping checks of hangar and line work areas, final acceptance of any work performed on the aircraft, evaluation of any damage, review aircraft log books for pilot reports. Responsible for organising the display of safety notices, signs and safety posters.Responsible for investigating the adequacy of ventilation, lightning, noise, exhaust equipment and other conditions that could affect employee health, comfort or performance Responsible for conducting inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks at all company premises and operatios activity.Examination of aircraft records,evaluation of any damage, measurements & repair acceptance in accordance of the T.Os, a/c weight & balance, alignment, filled out a/c documents & release aircraft for flight test. I provided compliance activities for audits, in accordance with AS9110 certification at the site of responsibility as well as corrective actions. Review develop and create procedures to ensure best practices are being implemented and maintained. Supervise and coordinate the activities. Monitor the quality control section for safety of both: company and customer requirements are complied with..Supervision of technical library for revision and distribution of the information to relevant technical staff. Knowledge of applicable regulations for industry quality standards.
