• Responsible for the Document Control and document submissions of project documents such as Design Drawings Submissions Schematic, Detailed and Issued for Construction Design Drawings to be uploaded in the Aconex System

• Perform document registry and filing of project documents, Incoming and Outgoing documents, drawings, letters, correspondence, transmittals.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and team members.

• Ensure correct document classification, sorting, filing and efficient archiving and retrieval systems.

• Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.
