Worked as Network Support Engineer,Exam L3 support in Sify Technologies from 11-07-2018 to Continue.

Role: 1.Monitor the performance and capabilities of network path using networking tool, when the problem is recognized will do the RCA. 2.Will troubleshoot the issues and follow stand operating procedures. 3.In response to incidents maintain ticket systems and co ordinate with our team. 4.provide support to the technical escalation from the team and coordinate service calls and request with team members where necessary. Indian Navy Entrance Test-This project is ensure to give the backend support for exam centre's.

2.Handling L3 support issues.

3.Troubleshoot the issues by coordinate with Hub incharges in their respective region.
