Process Quality:

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.

Responsible to reduce in house as well as final inspection rejections.

Daily Conduct the Quality Meeting to analysis In house and Customer end Quality Issues.

Trained juniors to analyze and control the functional issues in lamps. Dimension Role:

Measuring the gap and flush by gap scale and flush gauge of FG part, mantled with car body checker.

Adjusting the Machine Setting, for varying the welding parameters, weld depth, Jig correction and alignment.

Patrol Role:

Monitor the entire assembly process & ensure the same as per standard.

Notify the Machine problems in Lamp Assembly Areas.

Verify the online inspection sheet in F/M/L basis, before starting.

Verifying the leak and hotplate parameters as per the spec value by referring PPS.

Ensure the sensors are working condition, calibrating the equipment’s as per standard.

Entering Q-Chart, Quality Alert, Customer Complaint sheet & Preparing counter measure.

Auditing the assembly line and check the machine parameters as per standard and make counter measure while issue happening.

3. VIGNESH POLYMERS, Chennai & Goa. (Supplier of Samsung, IFB, INZI Controls) Designation : Junior Engineer-Quality.

Duration : From Oct 2017 – Present.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Control plan, PFMEA, PPAP & ISIR documents for new products.

Preparation of Raw material Re-conciliation, MRM & OEE.

Maintaining of Auditing documents, like SPC, MSA, and CAPA.
