My skills vary from physical work including, but not limited to: Plumbing and Heating Systems, Pool Care, Well Water and Septic Systems, Basic Electrical, Basic HVAC, Large Appliance and Small Engine repair, Drywall, Painting, Tile work, Flooring/Carpeting and Carpentry. I am also experienced in Managing an array of other common building maintenance tasks including, Project and task Management, budgeting and estimates, Creating and Carrying out preventative maintenance measures. Creating and Carrying out Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Maintenance and Safety Checklists, Inventory Checklists and so on.
I have worked the past few years in Hotel Building Maintenance where I Learned a lot about Customer Service and Time Management. As Well as the importance of documentation and safety procedures.
