Duties and Responsibilities as Maintenance Engineer

Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of machines such as rotary equipment and static equipment.

Experience in Running Plant Rotary Equipment like Compressor, Blower, Pumps and Plant Over all Pipe lines FRP, PP, CPVC, Mild steel and Stainless Steel lines.

Schedule and check the overall equipment Status and following the ISO standard.

Analyze and Planning the work and Execute the works for smooth working of plant.

Handle the Project aspects and ensure the quality and documents. Duties and Responsibilities as Maintenance and Project Supervisor

Experience of Project Handled and operation supervised in Sabic, Sadara Linde etc.

Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of machines such as rotary equipment.

Maintenance and operation control in the Factory, Machines like Furnace, Vibrator, Blower, Bag house and Conveying pipes.

Monitoring the production line as per company product standard and ISO 9001:2015

Daily inspect and record the status of equipment

Assign works to the subordinates based on skill of workers

Identifying and managing hazards at the work place and keeping them posted to top Management on the corrective or preventive actions required to mitigate Familiar with work activities and able to prepare work schedule
