Technical Skills :

• Ability to handle client e-mails like (Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016) with scenarios as email port number configuration (Incoming POP/IMAP and outgoing SMTP e mail servers)

• Assisting Enterprise clients and home based customers on the relevant issues/configurations and queries raised by them

• Handling ticketing, service requests and documenting issues via Salesforce and Oneview.

• Troubleshoot issues step by step using simulators like Blue Prints Infinite, Resolve and Knowledge Base (KB)

• Following up clients/customers with callbacks/e mailsas per agreed time

• Taking remote desktop support sessions to assist and resolve customer’s firewall, anti virus issues and configurations on device/console

• If issue is unresolved, transferring over the customer to supervisor/team leader for effective resolution

• Placing the customer on hold with his/her consent to perform online research and smoothly assist
