RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and improvement of Quality Control Procedures to implement various requirements of International Standards like ASTM, ASME, ASNT, etc.

Inspect the raw material as per ASME CODE specifications and CLIENT requirement.

Note the identification mark,preparing MIR and witnessing transfer of heat no. for material traceability.

Review the MTC as per TDC, client specifications & code activities like PWHT,Impact test,Normalising, Stress relieving.
