China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), injected me with Masters’ degree in Public Administration from 2013 to June 2016, with 3.449 as my final GPA on scale of 4.00 including 52 credit hours instead of 28 as required. This was as a result of the other courses I wholeheartedly took from other departments in addition just to enable my knowledge gap be deepened, expanded, broadened and solidified. Currently, am a PhD candidate in public administration in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and will be graduating in June 2020. Again, with my skill and experience as a marketer, I am a person who is able to communicate under pressure thus, I am a natural sales leader and public speaking is not a canker. I have the ability to motivate a team to action and very forceful with my ideas and sticks to my convictions. Some weaknesses about my personality are that, I never feel insecure of any leadership position. I can be very hard on myself to avoid mediocrity and strive for excellent. I always try to set proper boundaries and maintain the respect of order. However, with these weaknesses above, I am able to turn them into strengths when the people around me are positive minded individuals who embrace(s) the hard truth.

As an individual, I have the ability of cognition, thus giving thoughts to cluster of issues. Thinkers like to analyze and ruminate on the pros and cons of multiple circumstances and then make a logic decision that is consistent with their perspectives and values. The goal is to keep it impersonal thus, not allowing desires to influence the decision at every giving point.

During my reign as the hall vice president, I was able to organize a very successful inter- hostels quiz competition.

Helped planted ornamental plants for beautification purposes within the hall’s environs.

My generation of idea brought the purchase of borborbor drums and 100 pieces of plastic chairs for the hall.

I was part of the excellent team which won the gold medal for the hall for the first time during our inter-hostels gala competition.

I happened to be the initiator of morning devotion of the entire hall of 840 inmates.

I was able to lobby for street lights from campus to the Getfund hall and the attacks from predators, perpetrators and rapists came to a halt.

As the electoral committee chairman of School of Business and Management Studies

(SOBAMS), GIMPA, I was able to conduct a free, fair, and transparent cum violence free election.

I handed over peacefully to my predecessors.
