Receiving the material submittal and conducting quality check before forwarding for consultant or client review.

Establish quantity take off from engineering drawing to prepare bill for the tender or final account.

Prepare and review variation log with claim form to Contractor.

Liaising with consultant, subcontractors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Overseeing the project management for scope, cost, time, quality, safety etc., to prepare reports for MIS (Management Information Systems).

Pre-commissioning and final testing & commissioning of the electrical systems. Project closeouts upon final closeout of the project.

Quality & Coordination

Developing an integrated management system in order to meet the standard requirements of various quality standards.

Execute the tender documentation by compliance with internal corporate quality procedure manuals.

Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements.

Coordinating with Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing & Site Consultant Engineers during project work.

Site Management

Supervising overall construction activities providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site engineers.
