Responsible for transformation efforts for $140 million in annual technology and product development spend. Built a Quality Engineering organization from the ground up for Agile and derivative product transformation project. I changed the mindset of how engineering teams work with QA across the Northern Trust Derivative organization to improve knowledge sharing, tool collaboration, test automation, and drive best practices.

Improved the quality of Over the counter and Exchange traded derivative products through the implementation of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline that lead to our ability to deploy an increase of over 200% from last year (800 deployments quarterly), setup virtual deployments in AWS to test across multiple environments, improved the quality of our releases through proper test planning, and used monitoring tools like New Relic to proactively monitor and attend to alerted KPI's that we use to track our applications performance.

Led the test strategy for $33 million 3 years migration efforts of the company's to migrate 40 derivative products from old system to new system which optimize trade processing time, and managed BAU projects for collateral management and swift process bringing an automation approach both of which decreased time to market and brought new clients to the company.

Initiated the setup of a full CI/CD automated deployment process using Docker and Kubernetes containerization and virtualization technologies using AWS, fortifying all compliance and deliverable needs with an at will publishing platform for the company saving the company hundreds of thousands on legal and compliance penalties and minimizing server-side in-house support.
