Currently working with Classic Industries and Exports Ltd (Group of apollo tyres) Chennai. As a CAM PROGRAMMER in Mould manufacturing division(15th Feb 2019 to Still date).

One year Six months of experience in the field of VMC PROGRAMMER AND VMC OPERATOR working with Oriental hydraulics private ltd Chennai(25thJuly 2017 to 30th Jan 2019).

One year of experience in the field of TOOL ROOM working with TITAN Company LTD as an Apprentice trainee(11th July 2016 to 10th July 2017).

JOB PROFILE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

3axis and 5axis programming (2D&3D) for dies & moulds on CAM TOOLS (U.G. NX10. NX.12) and (HYPERMILL) .

Responsible for concept designs of products as well as checking of design and drawing.

Programming, setting up and machining of NC blocks and various 3D machined parts.(Tyre moulds, Press tools ( Compound tool and Progressive tool),Tool room jobs).

Handling operation for improving all stages.Handling large assemblies and drawings with GD&T .

Verified machines settings and programmed control data for accuracy.

Set up equipment for machining of complex high precision metal parts, including setting fixtures and tooling.

Implementing quality circles kaizen,5S suggestion scheme activities on the shop floor.

●Ensuring smooth running of man machine to achieve good quality products.

●Implementing the system to minimize the man power to get the maximum production.

●Timely delivery with quality& quantity to customer.

●I am able to operate various machines in Tool room like Jig boring, surface grinding machine, Spark erosion machines.
