Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations, calling for assistance from Health Care Support Personnel.
Identify patient care requirements through initial care process and establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients
Admission of med-surgical patients and giving them therapeutic regimens and support
Maintaining patient information by accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality
Close monitoring of critical patients and bed ridden patients to improve their state of health and outcomes
Ordering, preparation and administration of drugs to various age groups of patient while maintaining the ten rights of medication
