Certified IPC-A-610 modules: general soldering and high voltage soldering, component and PCB damage, terminals and wire, through hole, surface mount, hardware and solder less wrap.
Certified J-STD-001 modules: Wire & Terminal assembly & soldering, through hole components, Surface mounting of component, and inspection criteria.

Hub Assembly
Inspect all items before perform hub assembly. Make sure using and cleaning of silicone in proper .
Fiber Loading
Clean torque cables and torque tubes with ultrasonic bath.
Loading of fibers into torque cable after measure coaxs cut, and inspect torque and fibers.
Packaging and Shipping
Prep all items for packaging of all good catheters, which ready to complete seal and pack to send out.
Sheath and Distal Tip
Build distal tip with air hotbox to follow every step manufacturing procedure.
Bonding distal tip with Loctite to make sheath for catheter.
