Production and Materials Management:

Spearhead a data driven, cross-departmental integration team driving forecasting and production cadences.

Supervision of logistics including reorganization of outbound freight for 3% overall savings.

Project Management:

Operational planning, design and oversight of new, ground-up, 20,000 sq ft packaging hall and tasting room.
