RESPONSIBILITIES as QS:

Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for project requirement of scaffolding for subcontract material and manpower.

Coordination to Site construction team for the target accomplishment.

Valuing Incoming material at site for Arch, Civil, Process and MEP for payment claims.

Arranging for payments certificate on subcontractors/supplier’s for the scaffolding, blockworks, Reinforcement, Ready mix concrete, Vinyl Finish Raise Floor and others.

Checking and Evaluate of all Subcontractors/Supplier’s Invoice claim valid for certification. RESPONSIBILITIES as QAQC Engineer:

Ensure all Site comments on Inspection request are all rectified by site team prior to proceed to succeeding activity.

Coordinate to QAQC Inspectors the priority works in daily basis for the requirement of Interim payments.

Closing Internal Site Quality Observation Report (SQOR), NCR in daily basis.

Supervise Site QAQC Inspectors for the Inspection conducted at site as per requirement of ITP.

Closing and resubmission of Revised Material Approval Request for PMC approval.

Collecting and Coordinate to QAQC team the IR required for Monthly Interim Payment Claim to be submitted to PMC.

Performing Internal Auditing within the company in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 QMS Project: New Orbital Highway and Truck Route Project 3 Qatar
