• Take appropriate follow up action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site including overall project risk management action.

• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

• Follow up with relevant parties for corrective, preventive and defect repair.

• Ensure documentation for claims management.

• Liaise with project parties and client for critical decisions as required.
