Academic Qualification:
Matric in science faculty in 1st division in 1989.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Twenty two years experience in offset printing.
1. Pakistan packages two years as a helper/assistant operator on Heidelberg SORDZ.
2. Ehtesham process two years as an operator on Heidelberg Rotaspeed.
3.Saima Packaging PvtLtd joined in 1995 till now working on different positions Joint as a machine operator SORD
4.Then Promotion on double color machine SORDZ as an Operator.
5.Then Promoted on KOMORI LITHRONE 440 four color+water base as an Operator.
6.I have worked as a Supervisor for one Year as well.
7.Then I was given the task to operate Heidelberg CD 5F+L.
8.In June 21st 2004 I was sent on my 1st training for Image Control from Print media academy (Heidelberg, Germany) from Saima Packaging which is considered to be Premium and known in Printing and Packaging industry.
9.In June 28th 2004 I was sent again for my 2nd training from Print media academy ( Heidelberg, Germany) on CD 102-4+L machine including four days training in IST (Stugurt Germany).
10. Then two years I run CD 6+LYYLX (Double Coater machine) in the meantime.I trained the junior operators and then handover the machine and work as a Technical Supervisor from 2007.
11. In 20th April 2009 I went fortrainingof XL 105-6+LYYLX machine in (Eppelheim, Germany) on Speedmaster XL 75-6-P-LX machine.
12. Now a days I am running XL 105-6+LYYLX double coater machine full equipped with UV interdeck dryers.
Like double coating inline UV.
Inline water base and water base silver/gold.
Inline water base and pearlecent.
Running the effect printing like Hybride effect.
Inline matt water base and spot UV.
Recently we start to run the foil with UV inks.
Responsibilities:
1. To take care of the machines.
2. Give proper training and knowledge to the junior operators and make the backup for any emergency.
3. To check the trouble shooting of the machine.
4. Reduce the make ready time.
5. Give the right information and complain to engineering department to resolve the mechanical and electrical issues.
6. Give the ideas and solutions to the printers to run the critical printing jobs.
7. To make good communication between management and the workers.
One year worked in Obeokan investment group as a printing Supervisor in Obeikan Folding Carton in 2013.
Responsibilities:
1.Control 5s and safety environment.
2.Control machine waste and all indirect materials.
3.Controls make ready time.
4.Stabilize the system of Lean line.
5.Resolve all quality issues as per customer’s requirements.
6. Responsible for conduct the online approval on press site.
7.Conduct time to time training for the Operators and Assistant operators for better output and quality.
8.Seven big Offset printing machines and two Sheeter machines control all the workers including four foremen.
From 2014 to April 2017 worked in Saima packaging as an Assistant production manager.
From April 2017 working in Century packages as a General Manager Production.
Responsible for whole production related issues new developments audit and preparation of new machines installations till to production.
