My immediate duties were to make sure the information such as: product knowledge, pricing and price tags were up to date for the 16 stores throughout the Tampa Bay Area. I was also directly involved with merchandising, advertising, promotions and promotional incentives for customers and kept and maintained a good and open relationship with store managers, sales people, installers and customers as a liaison between corporate and each one of them. I was the main contact and work closely with customers to provide them with answers/solutions and assistance starting before the sale of any or all products and made sure they were happy and satisfied during and after their projects were completed.
Additional duties were performed when other departments within corporate needed assistance e.g. claims, ordering, invoices and pricing issues. Work closely with the president, Vice Presidents of sales and merchandise as well as vendors, suppliers, sales representatives to keep and maintain a business relationship open and all products and information pertaining the daily activities updated and consistent.
