End of line testing and functional testing for TVS K86 cluster at Micrologic integrated system PVT Ltd (Jan 18, 2019, to Oct 31, 2019)
This project is about the end of line testing and functional testing for two-wheeler cluster- TVS K86. This involves vision configuration, hardware configuration, and testing of cluster system. Additional to this, I had also developed a design for printing the label for clusters using Lab view.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Integrate different hardware modules.
• Develop a test sequence.
• Execute test cases on the integrated hardware
• Validate and create test results.
• Support the field engineers for queries.
Software tools practiced:
• Lab view
• Godex and Zebra (label design software)

Project details:
An Approach to Establishment of vehicle pollution level by using IOT (Academic) This project is about monitoring and reporting vehicle pollution to its driver, owner, or the governing authority for necessary actions. In the modern world of increased population and vehicle movement, it is very important to monitor the emission levels to safeguard the environment. In this project, the Gas sensors are used to measure the pollution levels and they are further processed to determine the exhaust proposition as per BS-IV standards and transmit the data for corrective actions through an IoT module Roles and Responsibilities:
• Selecting the controller ATMEGA328P
• Selecting the sensors, communication protocol, and development board.
• Architecture design for the project
• Hosted a workshop on electrical estimation.
