EXPERIENCE AND PROJECTS
Research Assistant, [Cajun Artificial Heart Lab, Dr. Charles Taylor] 2015-2018
Design, fabrication and programming of Direct Light Processed Stereolithographic 3D Printer capable of printing models with an XY resolution of 30 micron and a Z resolution of 50 micron.
Using SolidWorks to model various 3D printed parts required for a mock circulatory loop and other miscellaneous projects. Research Intern, CIMM Research Experience for Undergraduates at LSU May 2016-July 2016
Research of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing for adaptive manufacturing. Developed animations of fluid flow trajectory around different objects using CFD in SolidWorks.
Used a computational fluid dynamics program to develop several animations of fluid flow around objects having different geometries.
This work is currently being used as part of instructional videos in an undergraduate course in fluid mechanics taught by Dr. Russell C. Hibbeler at UL. KEY SKILLS
