Construction includes forty, 40 F-18 aircraft open and closed shelters, maintenance hangers, concrete aprons, maintenance and avionics shops at an air base, repair airfield lighting systems at two air bases, replace barrier arrestor system at an air base, main underground utilities- water, sewer, power, communications, and communication/ microwave antenna towers at two air bases, air traffic control towers at both air bases and POL warehouses. Also, at both air bases, rehab of Base Clinics, sewage treatment plants, underground communications bunkers, mosques, roads, warehouses, BOQ's and BEQ's, mess halls and admin facilities, new helicopters maintenance shops and aprons at both air bases.

Total contractors manpower 8,500.
