Administered federal grant to develop quality improvement activities across state health department

programs. Worked with laboratory to develop lean six sigma quality processes. Organized and designed

training for health department leaders and staff. Developed reports and presented at national

conferences. Served on multiple work groups within the agency.

Managed quality assurance program including managing eight remote staff, analyzing case scores to

measure policy compliance, developing regional dashboard to visualize performance, conducting
