Client --Major USA Bank

Description—We implemented a POC for Credit card data model which previously designed in MySQL but on the requirement of client we completely migrated in Hadoop with proper reporting. In this POC we extracted data from MySQL and then loaded in to HDFS with the help of Java Map-reduce programming and Sqoop data migration tool. After this we did some transformation on that data with the help of Map-Reduce programming and implemented data warehouse in Hive. Then we integrated Hive reporting and generated multiple reports as per the client requirement. We also used shell scripts to automate the process for daily execution.
