Objective

In May of this year, I will complete the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at Troy University. I am seeking a full-time position. I have 15 years of experience in cardiovascular critical care and have a solid foundation in caring for the critically ill. I am seeking the opportunity to further my growth and knowledge.

Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital/North Alabama Medical Center December 2004 – Current

nImmediate post-op recovery of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), thoracic, and vascular surgeries with a focus on reversal of anesthesia, ventilator weaning, and hemodynamic stabilization.

nManaging complex care for critically ill patients.

nExperienced in maintaining adequate perfusion/cardiac output through inotropic support or Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) therapy.

nKnowledgeable with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Impella devices.

nSkilled in epicardial pacing (all modes)

nManagement of epidurals

nExperienced with Pulmonary Artery (PA) catheters, Left Atrium (LA) lines, and arterial lines
